Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Custom Product Policy
Most products sold through this store are made to order and customized. Because of that, returns or exchanges for buyer preference, sizing mistakes selected by the customer, or minor preview-to-print variation may be limited.
If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact us at hello@mapestries.com and include your order number and photos.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Report damaged items, manufacturing defects, or missing shipments as soon as possible after delivery or the expected delivery window so we can work with the fulfillment provider and carrier.
EU Customers
If you are in the European Union, mandatory consumer rights may apply in addition to this policy, and nothing on this page limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Goods that are made to order or clearly personalized to your specification may be exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right to cancel an online purchase where EU law allows that exception.
That personalization exception does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order you approved.
